For well over 30 years l have gained experience with national (Dutch) and international companies having in my luggage my education as Creative Therapist, Industrial Psychologist (Cum Laude) Certified Change Management Master (CCMM) and Certified Transformation Facilitator (AoF).

l have worked for Swiss Life and ING in roles like HR & Transformation Director, Program Manager and Strategic Consultant.  As Vice President for Capgemini Consulting and the Corporate University l have worked with clients in several sectors, like Financial Services, Government, Transportation, Post & Telecom, Chemicals & Oil, Utilities and Consulting & IT Services.
